NAME
wmmsg - universal visual notification tool
wmmsg_notify - notify wmmsg of incoming events
SYNOPSIS
wmmsg
[options]
wmmsg_notify
[options]

DESCRIPTION
wmmsg informs you of new events by displaying their icons and arrival times. It comes with a notification program, wmmsg_notify, that sends it the message data.
WMMSG OPTIONS
wmmsg accepts the following command line options:
- -h, --help

Display help text and exit.
- -c, --config
-
Use specified config file. Default is ~/.wmmsgrc or /etc/wmmsgrc.
- -v, --verbose
-
Turn on verbose output.
- -V, --version
-
Print the version number on the command line and exit.
WMMSG_NOTIFY OPTIONS
wmmsg_notify accepts the following command line options:
- -h, --help

Display help text and exit.
- -v, --verbose

Turn on verbose output.
EXAMPLES
Start wmmsg running in X:

wmmsg &
Notify wmmsg that there is an incoming AIM message:
-
wmmsg_notify
aim
FILES
~/.wmmsgrc: Configuration file. If not found in home directory, checks /etc/wmmsgrc.
